| 摘 要： | 目的探讨口服硫酸锌辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法将107例轮状病毒肠炎患儿按入院先后顺序分为对照组52例、治疗组55例,对照组给予口服蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌四联活菌、补液等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服硫酸锌,比较两组疗效。结果硫酸锌治疗组平均止泻时间较对照组短,疗效较对照组提高(P0.05),未出现不良反应,患儿均能耐受。结论在常规治疗基础上加用硫酸锌口服辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎,效果肯定,无不良反应,值得临床推广。
