| 摘 要： | 目的探索空巢老人白内障术后院外护理干预的模式。方法按随机原则对白内障超声乳化吸除术+人工晶体植入术140例患者随机分为两组。干预组出院后继续进行健康教育等护理干预,对照组不施加任何护理干预措施。结果院外护理干预可有效提高患者遵医行为和自护能力,减少术后远期并发症,改善患者的心理功能、社会功能及日常生活能力,干预前后差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论院外护理干预可有效解决空巢老人白内障术后自我护理的困难,减少因护理不当而引起的术后并发症,促进患者术后康复。
