脂肪颗粒移植修复面部凹陷性组织缺损

探讨面部凹陷性组织缺损的修复方法。方法：用10ml的常用注射器吸取腹部脂肪颗粒移植充填面部凹陷性组织缺损畸形。结果：本组治疗12例，一次性充填组织缺损，全部成功，术后无感染，伤口I期愈合。结论：注射器吸取脂肪颗粒移植修复组织凹陷畸形，方法简便，不需做手术切口，术后不遗留瘢痕，痛苦少，脂肪颗粒吸收少，治疗后外形理想，是一种较简便的治疗方法。

Fat granule grafting for repairing the pitting defects on face

Objective To explore the method of repairing facial pitting defect.Metho ds Abdominal fat was as pirated with10ml common s yring e.The as pirated fat was douched and concentrated repeatedly,and then reinjected into the pitting defects on the face.Res ults The fat g ranule g rafting technique was applieed in12cas es.All cas es were s ucces s ful and all defects were leveled up at one s tag e with no complication.Conclus ion The operating of injection g rafting technique of the fat g ranule is s imple,and need not make incis ion,s o there is no operation s car and les s pain for the patients.The g rafted fat g ranule is les s abs orbed,s o operating res ult is ideal.It is a s imple and ideal method for repairing facial pitting defects.
