输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石的疗效及并发症分析

目的探讨输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石患者的临床疗效及并发症。方法收集2017年11月到2019年12月我院收治的134例肾下盏结石患者的临床资料,根据手术方式的不同分为两组各67例。观察组行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组行经皮肾镜碎石术治疗。比较两组患者的围手术期指标及并发症。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的结石清除率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为2.99%,显著低于对照组的16.42%(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石患者可减少出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少并发症。

Analysis on the Efficacy and Complications of Soft Ureteral Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Treatment of Subrenal Calculi

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and complications of soft ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with subrenal calculi.Methods The clinical data of 134 patients with subrenal calculi in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2019 were collected.All patients were equally divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The observation group was treated with soft ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy,and the control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The perioperative indicators and complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time and blood loss of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the stone clearance rate between two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was 2.99%,significantly lower than 16.42%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Soft ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with subrenal calculi can reduce the blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and reduce the complications.
