个体化护理干预对产妇分娩结局及产后抑郁状态的影响

目的探讨个体化护理干预对产妇分娩结局及产后抑郁状态的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月我院接收的110例产妇,随机分为两组各55例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施个体化护理干预,比较两组的分娩结局及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组的剖宫产率、阴道助产率均显著低于对照组,自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的SDS评分为(40.14±3.89)分,显著低于对照组的(49.68±3.52)分(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理干预可有效缓解产妇的产后抑郁状态,提高自然分娩率,改善分娩结局。

The Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention on the Delivery Outcome and Postpartum Depression of Parturient Women

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the delivery outcome and postpartum depression of parturient women.Methods 110 parturient women in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received individualized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The delivery outcome and the score of self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between two groups.Results The cesarean section rate and assisted vaginal delivery rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the natural delivery rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SDS score of the observation group was(40.14±3.89)points,significantly lower than(49.68±3.52)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the postpartum depression,and improve natural delivery rate and delivery outcome of parturient women.
