系统康复治疗对鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后吞咽困难及张口受限的临床效果观察

目的探讨系统康复治疗对鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后吞咽困难及张口受限的效果。方法选取我院2017年8月至2018年8月收治的60例行放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者,随机分成两组各30例。对照组实施对症治疗,实验组在对照组基础上实施系统康复治疗。治疗1个月后,评估并比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组的吞咽困难改善率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的门齿距均较治疗前增加,且实验组的增加幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统康复治疗可显著改善鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后的吞咽困难及张口受限。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Systematic Rehabilitation Treatment for Patients with Dysphagia and Limitation of Mouth Opening After Radiotherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of systematic rehabilitation treatment for patients with dysphagia and limitation of mouth opening after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received radiotherapy in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received symptomatic treatment,and the experimental group received systematic rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.After treatment for 1 month,the therapeutic effects of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results After treatment,the improvement rate of dysphagia in the experimental group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incisor distance of two groups were significantly higher than that before treatment,and the increase extent in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve the dysphagia and limitation of mouth opening after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
