球结膜下缝合小鼠尾韧带对单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效

目的 评估球结膜下缝合小鼠尾韧带(RTL)对单纯病疹角膜炎(HSK)的预防和治疗效果。方法 从杀死的小鼠身上取下尾部韧带,浸泡于75％酒精液中。然后,缝入球结膜下,距角巩膜缘2mm,沿角巩膜缘绕缝1周。术后观察13月至12年。结果 所有病人都有刺激症状,特别是在活动期。刺激症状多在半月内逐渐减弱或消失最长延续26天。4到14月后RTL被局部组织吸收。116位病人中98位术后观察3年,总有效率为84％。在2年内无复发。结论RTL缝合治疗HSK,操作安全,效果显著,值得推广。

Therapeutic Effects of Sewing Rat tailligaments under Bulbar Conjunctiva on Herpes Simplex Virus related Keratitis

objective To evaluate the effects of sewing rat tail-ligaments (RTL) under bulbar conjunctiva in prevention and treatment of herpes simplex keratin's (HSK). Methods RTLs were immersed in 75% alcohol for use. The RTL was sewn under bulbar conjunctiva, 2mm from the corneosclera limbus for 1 round. Results The follow up ranged from 13 months to 12 years. All patients had irritation symptoms, especially in the active phase. Most of these irritation symptoms gradually diminished or disappeared within half a month. It look 4 to 14 months for the RTL to get absorbed by local tissue. Ninety-eight cases in all the 116 patients were followed up for 3 years. The effective rate was 84%. The recurrence was completely controlled (100%) within 2 years. Conclusion This treatment has relative specific effects for HSK. It is safe especially effective for control of HSK recurrence and worth popularizing.
