| 摘 要： | 细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（cytokine induced killer cells,CIK）又称为自然杀伤样T淋巴细胞，具有非主要组织相容性复合物特异性杀伤力，广泛应用于多种肿瘤疾病的辅助性治疗。细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞疗效受多种因素的影响，特别是与肿瘤的种类与时期、治疗方案的选择、细胞的质量以及患者的个人因素方面有一定的相关性。作者从肿瘤、治疗方案、细胞质量等多个方面对CIK免疫治疗疗效影响进行综述，以期促进CIK治疗疗效水平的提高。 |

| Abstract: | Cytokine induced killer (CIK) cell known as natural killer like T lymphocytes has non MHC restricted tumor killing activity and is widely used in many kinds of tumor diseases. Now, the results show that the efficacy of cytokine induced killer cells is affected by many factors, especially tumors types, quality of CIK cell and patients. So in the review, we summarize the influence factors of clinical efficacy in cytokine induced killer cells, in order to improve the therapeutic effect of CIK cells. |
