骨组织工程支架材料生物陶瓷的研究进展

摘    要:生物陶瓷由于具有良好的生物相容性和一定的骨传导性等优点,已经作为骨组织支架材料广泛应用于骨修复和骨替代等很多领域。本文主要比较了生物活性陶瓷和生物降解陶瓷材料的特点和应用范围,并介绍了它们在降解性、力学强度等方面的研究进展。在这些材料中,聚磷酸钙生物陶瓷是作为骨组织工程支架的比较新型的材料,其有望使降解速率可控,且有可能达到所需的机械强度,已经引起了广泛的关注。

Abstract:Bioceramics, because of their advantages such as biocompatibility and osteoconduction, have been widely used for bone repairing and bone substitute as bone tissue engineering materials. This study primarily compares the characteristics and the application range of some kinds of bioactive ceramics and biodegradable ceramics, and introduces their latest development in degradability and strength et al. Among these materials, calcium polyphosphate is a new material as bone tissue engineering scaffold. With a controllable degradation rate and the required strength, it has been paid much attention.
