丹参注射液与黄芪注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中的配伍稳定性观察

摘    要:目的:研究丹参注射液与黄芪注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍的稳定性,为临床配伍使用提供依据。方法:在不同温度(10、25和37℃)条件下,在6小时内不同时间观察配伍液的外观、pH值、不溶性微粒的变化,并用紫外分光光度法观察配伍液的图谱变化,测定混合液中两种注射液主要成分的浓度。结果:丹参注射液与黄芪注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后,外观、pH值、不溶性微粒、紫外吸收图谱、主要成分含量基本不变。结论:两种注射液可以在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍使用。

Abstract:Object: To study the stability of Salviae miltiorrhiza radix injection compatibilize with Astragalus injection in 5% glucose injection and provide a basis for cinical use. Methods: Under the conditions of different temperature (10, 25 and 37 oC, the appearance, pH and undissolved particles of compatible solution were observed within 6 hours. UV spetropotometer was used to observe the spectra changes and to determine the concentrations of main constituents of mix solution. Results: No change in appearance, pH, undissolved particles, UV absorbance spectra and concentrations of main constituents were observed in compatible solution. Conclusion: It's suitable for compatibility of two kinds of injections in the 5% glucose injection.
