| 摘 要： | 目的：在于探讨血浆内皮素、一氧化氮水平同周围动脉硬化性闭塞症的关系及在治疗中的临床意义。方法：周围动脉硬化性闭塞症患者，随机取样２８例，分别测定治疗前后血浆内皮素、一氧化氮水平；血浆内皮素采用放射免疫测定法，一氧化氮采取亚硝酸盐比色法。结果：２８例均存在高水平的血浆内皮素和低水平的血浆一氧化氮，并于治疗后期恢复到接近正常水平。结论：血浆内皮素、一氧化氮测定为周围动脉硬化性闭塞症发病机制的研究，提供了新的线索；为了解疾病进程、疗效判定提供了客观实验室指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin,nitrogen oxide and peripheral atherosclerosis obliterans(PASO).Methods:Plasma endothelin and nitrogen oxide levels were determined by radioimmunoassay and colorimetric determination respectively in patients with PASO.Results:All patients had high levels of plasma endothelin and low levels of plasma nitrogen oxide,which resumed after effective treatment.Conclusion:It was shown a new method to explore thepathologic mechanism of PASO,helping in the knowledge of development and prognosis of the condition. |
