Clinical analysis of 43 cases of cervical laceration by vaginal delivery

Aim To discuss the relative factors of cervix laceration,in order to find out,manage and prevent pro-labour bleeding.Methods The relative factors of cervix laceration were analyzed.Results Cervix laceration had positive relation with the application of oxytocin and the weight of newborn,while it had no relationship with the mother＇s age,pregnant weeks,first time pregnant,acute labour,the experience of midwife,fetal position,vaginal delivery,and the amount of pro-labour bleeding.Conclusion The pre-labour application of oxytocin must be based on clear index,with close and carefully monitor ing labour progress.Baby＇s weight should be estimated suitable method be chosen to deliver.
