高聚生在结核性胸膜炎中的治疗作用

目的探讨高聚生在结核性胸膜炎中的治疗效果。方法76例确诊为结核性胸膜炎的患者被分为A．B．C三组，各组患者接受口服抗结核H．R．Z．E方案治疗，每三天抽胸液一次。A组抽胸液后给予高聚生2000单位／次注入胸腔，B组患者抽胸液后，给予丁胺卡那0．2＋异烟肼注射液0．3和地塞米松5mg注入胸腔。C组抽胸液后，不注入任何药物。结果胸水消失A组平均在7天时间。B组平均10天。C组平均14天。结论高聚生在治疗结核性胸膜炎中有较好的疗效，值得临床推广。

Analysis of treatment effect of staphylococcin aureus on tubercrosis pleurisy

Objective To explore the treatment effect of staphylococcin aureus on tubercrosis pleurisy. Methods Severty-six confirmed tuhercrosis pleurisy patients were divided into three groups： A, B and C. All groups received anti-tuberculosis treatment of HRZE. The group A,in addition, was given staphyyIococcin aureus in thoraxic of 2000u each time, once every three days. The group B was given ANK of 0. 2, INH of 0. 3, and DXM of 5 rag. The group C had pleurisy effusion drawn only, with no medicatiou given. Results In the gropu A, the patients had pleurisy effusion disappear after three times of treatment within 7 days. In the group B, the patients had pleurisy effection disappear 10 days after the treatment. In the group C,the patients had pleurisy effusion disappear on an average of 14 days. Conclusion Use of staphylococcin aurcus had a good treatment effect,which is worthy of being recommended for a wider application in clinical practice.
