慢性阻塞性肺疾病血浆白三烯C4和中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶的表达增加

目的探讨血浆白三烯C4（LTC4）和中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶（NE）在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）中的作用。方法COPD组34例,对照组30例。采用ELISA法,分别测定对照组和COPD患者急性发作期、缓解期的LTC4和NE蛋白的含量。结果血浆LTC4蛋白的含量在COPD组急性发作期（158.17±14.63）pg·mL^-1和缓解期（68.73±14.62）pg·mL^-1均高于健康对照组（31.02±7.15）pg·mL^-1（均P〈0.01）,且在缓解期低于急性发作期（P〈0.01）。血浆NE蛋白的含量在COPD组急性发作期（219.92±31.66）ng·mL^-1和缓解期（95.43±10.39）ng.mL^-1高于健康对照组（73.39±18.71）ng·mL^-1（均P〈0.01）,且在缓解期低于急性发作期（P〈0.01）。结论COPD患者血浆LTC4和NE蛋白的含量升高,即使在缓解期也高于正常。LTC4和NE可能参与了COPD的病理生理过程。

Increasing expression of plasma leukotriene C4 and neutrophil elastase protein in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

OBJECTIVE To approach the contribution of plasma leukotriene C4 （LTC4）and neutrophil elasse （NE） protein in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.METHODS Plasma concentration of LTCA and NE protein 34 COPD hpatients and 30 healthy subjects were detected by ELISA methods. RESULTS As compared with those of healthy subjects（31.02 ± 7.15）pg·mL^-1, the levels of LTCA protein concentration in COPD acute episode （ 158.17 ± 14.63 ） pg·mL^-1 and paracmasis （68.73 ± 14.62） pg·mL^-1 were increased significantly（all P 〈0.01）.And levels of LTC4 in COPD paracmasis were significantly decreased than those in COPD acute episode. As compared with those of healthy subjects（73.39-± 18.71）pg. mL - L, the levels of NE protein concentration in COPD acute episode （219.92 ± 31.66）ng. mL^- L and paracmasis （73.39 ± 18.71 ）ng. mL ^- L were increased significantly（all P 〈 0.01）. And levels of NE protein concentration in COPD paracmasis were significantly decreased than those in COPD acute episode. CONCLUSION Levels of LTC4 and NE protein in plasma of patients with COPD were increasing, and levels of them in COPD paracmasis were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects. LTC4 and NE may participate in pathophysiologic mechanism of COPD.
