正常妊娠妇女血清锌及发锌含量的研究

分别测定了8个地区2833例健康非孕及妊娠妇女血清锌、发锌的含量。结果表明,妊娠妇女整个孕期血锌含量平均下降23.8%,发锌下降49%。统计分析表明,血清锌、发锌与某些重要的血清生化指标呈显著正相关,血清锌与膳食锌、低体重儿出生率亦有一定关系。作者认为,孕妇血清锌、发锌含量是评价妊娠期锌营养状况的重要实验室指标,初步建议妊娠期妇女血清锌低限正常参考值为:早期9.18μmol/L、中期8.87μmol/L、晚期8.42μmol/L;发锌:早、中期为110μg/g、晚期为100μg/g。

Studies on zinc in serum and hair of normal pregnant women

The concentration of zinc in serum and hair of 2833 Pregnant normal women were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in eight different areas of china. The results suggested that the concentrations of zinc in serum and hair were decreased 23.8% and 4.9% respectively during the total gestational period. There are significant correlations between serum and hair zinc contents and some biochemical indicators in blood. There are also correcations between serum zinc and zinc intake, serum zinc and the low birth-weight rate. Serum zinc and hair zinc are considered important indicators. For the zinc status during pregnaacy, It is suggested that the reference normal levels of zinc in serum and hair are 9.18μmol/L and 110μg/g in the 1st trimester; 8.87μmol/L and 110μg/g in the 2nd trimester; and 8.42μmol/L and 100μg/g in the 3rd trimester respectively.
