剖宫产术后盆腔脓肿经皮穿刺引流2例临床分析

目的探讨剖宫产术后盆腔脓肿的最佳治疗方法。方法利用CT定位,经髂前上棘穿刺引流,冲洗注药。结果 2例剖宫产术后盆腔脓肿引流成功2例,成功率100%,术后24 h体温恢复正常。结论盆腔脓肿引流治疗安全可行,见效快,恢复快,缩短住院时间,避免二次手术。

Percutaneous drainage of pelvic abscess after cesarean section:clinical analysis of 2 cases

Objective To discuss the best treatment of pelvic abscess after cesarean section. Methods Under the CT guidance,per-cutaneous puncture through Anterior superior spine was done and then drainage,flush and injection followed. Results Success was achieved in all 2 cases,and the successful rate was100% . Body temperature returned to normal after 24 hours in all cases. Conclusion Drainage of pelvic abscess is safe and feasible with quick recovery and shorter hospital stay,avoiding the second operation.
