脂肪肝飞行员230例心理健康状况分析

目的评估患脂肪肝飞行人员的心理健康状况。方法采用中国飞行人员心理健康量表及SCL-90症状自评量表,对患脂肪肝的230名飞行人员进行测试,并与200名健康飞行人员进行对照分析。结果患脂肪肝的飞行人员过度自我关心、焦虑性、躯体化因子的平均分值,与健康组飞行人员相比,差异有非常显著性意义。紧张性及恐怖因子与健康组飞行人员相比,差异有显著性意义。结论患脂肪肝的飞行人员有不同程度的心理障碍。对患脂肪肝的飞行人员治疗时,应配合心理调节。

Investigation into Mental Health Status of Pilots with Fatty Liver

Objective To assess the mental health status of the pilots with fatty liver. Methods Mental health inventory (MHI) for Chinese pilots and SCL-90 inventory was used to assess the mental health status in 230 pilots with fatty liver and 200 health pilots. Results There were very obvious differences between the two groups in such factors as excessive self-care, emotional stability, anxiety and somatization. There were obvious differences between the two groups in stress and terror factors. Conclusion There were mental obstructs in the pilots of fatty liver, who need to cooperate with doctors in mental treatment.
