小儿腹腔内囊状淋巴管瘤的诊断和治疗

目的探讨小儿腹腔内囊状淋巴管瘤的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析8例小儿腹腔内囊状淋巴管瘤的临床资料。结果临床表现为腹痛5例，腹腔内包块3例，腹胀3例，其他手术术中发现1例。手术切除8例，术后并发症发生率为12.5%（1/8）。结论小儿腹腔内囊状淋巴管瘤常常缺乏典型的临床表现，B超、CT和MR I检查对该病的定位、定性诊断具有重要价值。手术完整切除是治疗首选。

Diagnosis and treatment of intra-abdominal cystic lymphangioma in children

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of intra-abdominal cystic lymphangioma in children.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with intra-abdominal cystic lymphangioma in children from Feb 1997 to Feb 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The main clinical manifestations included abdominal pain(5cases),intra-abdominal mass(3 cases),abdominal distension(3 cases),and 1 case was discovered during the other abdominal operations.Surgical excision was accomplished in 8 cases.The postoperative complication rate was 12.5%(1/8).Conclusions Intra-abdominal cystic lymphangioma in children is often lack of typical clinical manifestations.Ultrasonography,CT and MRI are the most useful imaging modality for locating the site and determining the nature of lymphangioma.Surgical complete excision is the first choice for treatment of intra-abdominal cystic lymphangioma in children.
