早拔尿管对剖宫产产妇产后恢复的效果评价

Effect of early extubation of catheter on postpartum recovery of cesarean section

Objective to investigate the effect of nursing care for early extubation in clinical nursing of cesarean section.. With the increase of the rate of cesarean section, the clinical nursing has gradually attracted wide attention.. And indwelling catheter and cesarean section in patients with preoperative routine operation, in order to of cesarean section of indwelling catheter after the best extraction time and the postoperative maternal recovery we did the study. Methods 160 patients after cesarean section maternal randomly divided into experimental group and control group and the control group by routine treatment and 24h after removal of indwelling catheter, after surgery in the experimental group 10h closed indwelling urethral catheter was 12h after removal of indwelling catheter. The natural urination rate, the time of anal exhaust and the length of hospital stay were observed after two groups of maternal extubation.. Results the natural urination rate, the time of the anus exhaust, the length of hospital stay in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and there were significant differences, P < 0.05. Conclusion early removal of indwelling catheter can improve cesarean section after maternal natural voiding rate; shorten the time of anal exhaust; accelerate the cesarean section maternal physical recovery after caesarean, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce maternal mental and economic burden, has clinical significance.
