小颗粒滴流床反应器中压降和持液量关联式

摘    要:通过对滴流床中气液并流向下流动形式进行理论分析,推导出压降和持液量的关系,提出了计算滴流床反应器中持液量的新方法。实验和文献数据证明,在高相互作用区,此方法计算结果比较满意。同时,也得到高相互作用区下的压降关联式。

Abstract:A new method for calculating liquid holdup in trickle bed reactor packed with small packings was proposed by means of theoretical analysis, which formed the relation between pressure drop and liquid holdup. In high interaction regime, the liquid holdups calculated from this method fit experimental and literature values well. Pressure drop data were also correhted.
