| 摘 要： | 干细胞是一种尚未充分分化,具有再生各种组织器官和人体潜在功能的细胞。骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)是骨髓中的非造血干细胞,其在不同的诱导条件下能分化成成熟的间质细胞,如成骨细胞、成软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、肌腱细胞、网状细胞等。为了探讨骨髓间充质干细胞对骨修复的意义,本文对近年来国内外学者对于骨髓间充质干细胞应用于动物体内或体外成骨情况的研究现状作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Stem cell is a kind of cell, which has not yet been full differentiated and has the function of regenerating all kinds of tissues, organs and anthropometric potential functional capacity. Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) is the non-haemopoietic stem cell in marrow. It can differentiate in full-grown mesenchymal cells, such as osteoblast, chondroblast, lipocyte, tendon cells, reticulocyte and so on. In order to investigate the relationship between mesenchymal stem cell and bone reparation, this artical review domestic and abroad scholars' current researches on osteogenesis by using mesenchymal stem cell in or out of animal body in recent years. |
