中药白术中挥发油成分

[目的]分析中药白术中挥发油的成分,为白术的临床应用提供指导。[方法]采用超临界CO2萃取法萃取白术中的挥发油然后通过GC—MS技术分析其中的成分。[结果]共分离出66个峰,鉴定了其中的38个成分,占挥发油总成分的80%以上,以归一化法计算了各个峰的相对含量。[结论]白术挥发油的主要成分多是烯类,是临床发挥功效的主要成分。

Chinese Medicine Atractylodes Volatile Oil Components

[Objective]To analyze the volatile oils ingredient in medicine atractylodes and provide guidance for Atractylodes in clinical applications.[Methods]The supercritical CO extraction was taken for volatile oil and then analyzed the atractylodes ingredients by GC-MS technique.[Results]There were a total of 66 peaks separated,38 ingredients were identified,accounting for more than 80% of the total composition of the volatile oil,and the normalization method was used to calculate the relative content of each peak.[Conclusion]The main component of Atractylodes volatile oil is dienes,and it is the main component of the clinical therapeutic effect.
