| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between time management disposition and self-worth in medical college students.Methods A total of 242 students selected from XinXiang Medical University were measured with the Adolescences Time Management Disposition Scale and the Self-worth Scale.Results ①The difference between high self-worth and low self-worth was significant（t=11.42,P〈0.01）.②For medical college students,time management disposition had a positive correlation with self-worth（t=0.69,P〈0.01）.③For medical college students,the regression analyzing showed that time management disposition could well predict self-worth（R2=0.48,β=0.69）.Conclusion Time management disposition of the medical college students who have high self-worth is higher than that of the low self-worth.There is a mutual promotion between time management disposition and self-worth. |
