Mental Health and the Influence Factors of Hanyuan Cadres after 1.5 Years of the Earthquake.

Objective To inquire the mental health and influenc factors of cadres who worked at the quake-hit areas.Methods A total of 580 cadres in 5.12 Wenchuan earthquakes were questioned by the Symptom Checklist（SCL-90）.Results In addition to interpersonal sensitivity and hostility scores,total score and other factor scores were higher than the national norm（t3.291,P〈0.001）;among the cadres of different mental health conditions showed significantly different levels（t〉3.291,P〈0.001）,the total score of aid reconstruction officials and Zheng Keji legal persons on somatization,obsession,depression and anxiety factor were significantly higher than those of other cadres（t〉3.291,P〈0.001）;gender,age,seniority,education level and marital status had no significant effect on the mental health of the earthquake disaster cadres.Conclusion One and a half year after the disaster,the mental health level of Hanyuan＇ cadres is significantly lower than that of the general population;the main factor is the long-term work under pressure.
