| 摘 要： | 胃癌作为一种常见恶性肿瘤,其发病率及死亡率均居恶性肿瘤首位。而转移作为胃癌晚期的重要特点之一,是患者死亡的重要原因。胃癌转移是胃癌细胞通过血管、淋巴管播散到新的地方生长成实体瘤。临床研究表明中医药具有一定抗胃癌转移作用;实验研究表明中医药可能通过多种机制干预胃癌转移过程,包括基质金属蛋白酶机制、血管内皮生长因子机制、癌基因与抑癌基因机制、细胞粘附分子机制等。综合目前研究,进步综述中医药抗胃癌转移作用。 |

| Abstract: | The incidence rate and mortality rate of Gastric cancer is the highest of all malignant tumors.Metastases as an important feature of advanced gastric cancer are the major cause of death from gastric cancer.Gastric cancer metastasis may occur via the blood or the lymphatics or through both routes.Clinical studies showed that some Chinese herb can inhibit the metastasis of gastric cancer.Experimental studies demonstrated that anti-metastasis effects of Chinese herb involve multiple mechanisms,including matrix... |
