| 摘 要： | 目的:观察辅酶Q10联合血脂康治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:将74例脂肪肝患者随机分入治疗组与对照组,治疗组36例给与辅酶Q10联合血脂康治疗6月。对照组38例使用血脂康治疗6月,治疗前后检查各组血清转氨酶、血脂及肝脏CT等并计算体重指数和胰岛素抵抗指数。结果:辅酶Q10联合血脂康治疗组血清转氨酶、胰岛素抵抗指数及血脂改善明显优于对照组,且差异显著。结论:辅酶Q10联合血脂康治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者具有良好作用。
