| 摘 要： | 目的:观察滋阴清热法为主治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)阴虚内热证的有效性及安全性。方法:随机、平行对照临床试验设计,选择符合研究标准的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者70例,治疗组34例、对照组34例(两组各脱落1例)。治疗组给予滋阴清热法为主组方的汤剂,对照组给予茶碱缓释胶囊治疗,100mg,口服,每12h 1次。两组均以4周为1个疗程。分别在治疗前后观察患者咳嗽、咽痒、咯痰、气急等症状变化。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组患者咳嗽、咽痒、咯痰症状明显轻于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。咳嗽症状疗效比较:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为91.2%和79.4%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医证候综合疗效比较:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为85.3%和70.6%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在用药期间均未发生不良反应。结论:滋阴清热法为主治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘安全有效。
