| 摘 要： | 缺血性脑卒中可导致局灶性大脑神经细胞快速死亡,由于大脑细胞的专一化程度很高导致其他细胞无法替代,其治疗主要局限于预防神经细胞的死亡,但最近研究表明成体大脑可产生具有多向分化能力的神经干细胞,这为缺血性脑卒中的治疗带来希望。概述了成体中枢神经发生的存在的研究及其在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的应用现状和前景。
