| 摘 要： | 目的:观察腹针方法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效,为该病症的临床治疗推广一种简单实用、安全有效的疗法。方法:将100例椎动脉型颈椎病的患者随机分组,治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组采用腹针疗法,对照组采用普通针刺疗法。两组病人在治疗前和治疗1个疗程后均进行症状和功能评估。结果:治疗组有效率为95.83%,对照组有效率为85.11%。治疗后两组的主要症状和功能前后改善程度比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:腹针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效肯定,明显优于普通针刺组。该法安全,容易操作,值得推广。
