| 摘 要： | 目的:观察糖尿病肾病终末期患者在血液透析前后各时点中医证候分布差异。方法:选择开始进入血液透析的患者43例,研究其透析前到透析后6个月的中医证候变化规律。结果:糖尿病肾病透析前,正虚证候以气阴亏虚为主,实性证候以瘀血、水气、湿热证多见。血液透析后,阴虚证更为突出,湿热证呈先增后减趋势,水气证明显减少。证候积分逐渐减少,以实性积分更为明显。结论:糖尿病肾病终末期仍是以气阴亏虚为本,经透析治疗,阴虚热象益重,故中药当以培本固元、护卫阴液为根本。 |
