| 摘 要： | 中医学认为,胃食管反流病发病机制多为肝失疏泄,气机逆乱,胃气上逆所致,属中医学"胃脘痛"、"嗳气"、"吐酸"、"嘈杂"等病范畴。中医药治疗本病在临床上取得了可靠的疗效,其中东汉张仲景所创部分经方也切合其病机而起到治疗作用,尤其是在减少复发率方面跟西药对照效果显著。列举5个有代表性的经方(四逆散、小柴胡汤、半夏泻心汤、旋覆代赭汤、小陷胸汤),综述了近年来经方加减治疗胃食管反流病的研究现状。在经方治疗胃食管反流病方面取得成绩的同时,也遇到了亟待解决的问题。
