| 摘 要： | 目的:观察头针治疗缺血性中风针刺前后脑血流变化。方法:运用SPECT脑功能成像技术,观察缺血性中风患者头针针刺前后缺血区脑血流变化情况。结果:头针针刺后患者缺血区脑血流明显改善。结论:头针增加缺血性中风患者缺血区周围脑血流量是头针治疗缺血性中风的机理之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the change of the cerebral blood flow of the ischemic stroke patients before and after skull puncturing.methods: using the SPECT technology,patients are checked by SPECT,then are given skull puncture.After the skull puncture,patients are checked by SPECT once more.Results: After the skull puncture,The cerebral blood flow of the ischemic stroke patients raised.Conclusion: the therapy of the skull puncture is one of the effective ways to treat patients of the ischemic stroke. |
