| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨玉米须煎剂对慢性肾小球肾炎(以下简称慢性肾炎)的临床疗效。方法:慢性肾炎62例,按就诊顺序的奇偶数随机分为治疗组、对照组各31例。两组病人均进行休息、限盐等一般治疗及西药常规治疗。治疗组服玉米须煎剂,对照组服安慰剂。结果:治疗组完全缓解率及总有效率分别为58.1%及96.8%,均明显高于对照组(32.2%和61.3%)(P<0.05)。结论:玉米须煎剂在治疗慢性肾炎中显示出更高疗效、更少反复。
