CD44v6在食管癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的　为探讨食管癌手术标本中CD44v6的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学strept avidin biotin complex法 ,检测食管癌手术标本中CD44v6的表达。 结果　CD44v6的表达的阳性率 :浸润于粘膜以及粘膜下层为 3 3 % ( 3 2 /4 7) ,浸润达肌层者为 2 5 % ( 6/2 4)。浸润达浆膜层者为 68% ( 3 2 /4 7) ;淋巴结转移阳性者阳性率为 72 % ( 3 4/4 7) ;临床病理分期第 1、2、3期阳性率分别为 2 2 % ( 2 /9) ,2 9% ( 7/2 4)和 68% ( 3 2 /4 7)。经统计学检验 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD44v6在食管癌中的表达与癌组织的浸润深度、淋巴结转移程度及病理分期呈现明显负相关。结论　食管癌组织中 ,CD44v6的过度表达促进肿瘤的浸润和转移 ,检测癌组织中CD44v6的表达情况 ,有助于评估肿瘤的生物学行为 ,对患者的预后判断具有重要意义。

Expression of CD44v6 in human esophagus carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To study the expression of CD44v6 in a series of human tissue samples representing different stages of esophagus carcinomas.Methods Paraffin embedded sections from 80 samples of esophagus carcinomas were analyzed by immunohistochemistry for CD44v6 expression.Positive signals were shown on cell membrane and in cytoplasma.Results Of 80 cases,41 (52%) were positive for CD44v6.The expression of CD44v6 was significantly related to the progress of invasion: mucosa 33% (3/9); muscle 25% (6/24); chorion 68% (32/47),and lymphatic metastasis 72% (34/47) and the rate of CD44v6 expression in different TNM stages of the esophagus carcinomas 22% (2/9) in stage 1,29% (7/24) in stage 2 and 68% (32/47) in stage respectively.Conclusion The CD44v6 overexpression promotes the invasion and metastasis of esophagus carcinomas.
