| 摘 要： | 目的:考察赤雹根中的化学成分.方法:采用试管法,通过多种指示剂和显色剂沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断赤雹根水提取液、乙醇提取液和石油醚提取液中可能含有的化学成分.结果:经过化学预试验,初步判断赤雹根中可能含有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类、三萜皂苷类、有机酸、生物碱类等成分.结论:赤雹根中含有多种活性成分,值得进一步深入研究.
