| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喉癌患者术后护理措施。方法:115例手术治疗的喉癌患者,采取呼吸道护理(保持呼吸道畅通,吸入气一定的湿化,外管固定、内管通畅)、心理护理、饮食护理、口腔护理,并给予必要的出院指导等方法进行护理。结果:全部病例临床治愈率为100%,未发生相关并发症。结论:有效的护理措施可保证喉癌患者的手术治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach post-operation nursing intervention of the laryngocarcinoma patient.Methods:One hundred and fifteen patents was adopted many measures to nurse,such as respiratory tract nursing(holding respiratory tract unblocked,holding inspiratory gas invariably humidificated,holding outer tunnel fixed,inner tunnel to be unobstructed),mental nursing,food and drink.mouth care,given essential discharge instruetion and so on.Results:The remission rate of all cases was 100%,no correlated complication was happened.Conclusion:The effective nursingintervention guarantee therapeutic efficacy of the laryngo carcinoma patient. |
