Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of one-to-one teaching guidance model in the management of nursing interns.Methods:52 nursing interns in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group to implement the teaching mode of shift system,while 55 nursing interns from July to December 2018 were selected as the observation group to implement oneto-one teaching guidance model.The training effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,working procedures and communication skills of nursing interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).All the scores on teachers in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of nursing defects and nursing complaints in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of one-to-one teaching guidance model in the management of nursing interns is helpful to improve the teaching quality of teachers and nursing practice ability of nursing interns.
