| 摘 要： | 目的 观察雌激素对女性冠心病患者血脂的影响，并探讨应用雌激素的利弊。方法 选46例绝经妇女冠心病患者为观察组，38例绝经后健康妇女作为对照组，以上二组中的患者随机分为干预组和安慰剂组，分别予以尼尔雌醇（每月2mg/次）或安慰剂（每月1片／次）治疗6个月，治疗前及治疗6个月后，分别测血总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）和高密度脂蛋白（HDL）及低密度脂蛋白（LDL）水平。结果 经过尼尔雌醇6个月干预治疗后，血清HDL－C水平明显升高（P＜0．05）。血清LDL－C水平明显下降（P＜0．05）。结论 尼尔雌醇替代治疗能改善血脂异常，有利于绝经后冠心病妇女的心血管保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of estrogen action on lipid of the menopausal female patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) . Methods The study group (n = 46) and control group (n = 38) were treated with estrogen nilestriol ( 2mg per month) and placebo respectively for 6 months. Total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) , high density lipopro-tein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and low densitylipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured before treatment and after treatment 6 monthes. Results Serum HDL-C level was increased significantly (P<0. 05) and serum LDL-C level decreased markedly (P <0. 05) by treatment of estrogen nilestriol for 6 months. Conclusion The treatment by nilestriol can improve lipid metab-olization in menopausal women with CHD |
