| 摘 要： | 运用传统中医药理论,结合现代研究成果,分析利水消肿中药的不同性能特点。认为利水消肿药物具有淡渗升降、通利三焦,苦寒趋下、降泄利尿,以及毒烈凶猛、峻下逐水等作用特点,可分为淡渗、苦寒、峻毒三类,应用于寒热虚实不同的水肿病证,为临床合理应用提供依据。
