| 摘 要： | 分析亚健康状态和"异病同证"概念,探讨亚健康状态与中医"病"、"证"和西医疾病的关系,认为亚健康状态是没有西医可以明确诊断的疾病,但有中医可以诊断的"证",亦或"病"。亚健康状态下和疾病状态下同一证候的表现可能有所不同,具体差异需要在大样本研究中准确界定。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the concept about the sub-health status and the ＂different diseases with the same syndrome＂,then discusses the relationship of the sub-health status and ＂disease＂、＂syndrome＂ in Chinese medicine and ＂disease＂ in Western medicine.The conclusion is that the sub-health status can not be diagnosed to a disease in Western medicine,but can be diagnosed to a syndrome in Chinese medicine,also have the possibility to be a disease in Chinese medicine.But the performance of the same syndrome in sub-health status and disease status may be different,and the specific differences need to be accurately defined by a large sample study. |
