| 摘 要： | 目的分析成都市武侯区居民2011年的死亡率和主要死亡原因，为制订卫生政策、评价卫生工作质量和效果提供依据。方法利用2011年成都市武侯区死因监测资料分析监测居民主要死亡原因和死亡水平。结果2011年武侯区居民平均寿命为73．73岁，男性平均寿命71．06岁，女性平均寿命76．77岁。粗死亡率599．87／10万，标化死亡率643．48／10万。男性死亡率726．11／10万，标化死亡率739．35／10万，女性死亡率476．48／10万，标化死亡率542．13／10万。死因排在前5位的依次是恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒。结论当前危害武侯区居民健康的主要原因是慢性非传染性疾病，是主要公共卫生问题，应针对其主要危险因素采取综合防控措施预防慢性病。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the mortality rate and major causes of death among the residents in Wuhou district of Chengdu in 201 1 and to provide scientific basis for formulating health policies and evaluating the quality of the heath work. Methods Monitoring data in Wuhou distribution in 2011 were collected and analyzed with respect of morality levels and major causes. Results The average life expectancy of residents in Wuhou district in 2011 was 73.73 years old （71.06 years old for male and 76.77 years old for female）. The crude mortality rate was 599.87/10^5（726. 1 1/10^5 for male,476.48/10^5 for female）. The standardized mortality rate was 643.48/10^5 （739. 35/10^5 for male ,542. 13/10^5 for female）. The top five leading causes of death were cancer, circulatory diseases, respiratory diseases, digestive diseases,injury and toxicosis. Conclusion Chronic and non - communicable diseases are major health problems among the people in Wuhou distribution. |
