| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨临床中医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效。方法]对40例确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上,给与冠心宁注射液和痰热清注射液。结果]治疗后对照组和观察组各症状体征积分明显降低,与对照组治疗后比较,观察组效果具有显著性差异。结论]常规治疗基础上结合中药治疗可以改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者症状,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the clinical effect of TCM on COPD.Method] Randomly divide 40 cases into control group and treatment group,the control one takes routine therapy,the observation group takes Guanxinning Injection and Sputum-heat-clearing Injection on the basis of control one.Result] Both groups' symptoms and signs integrals were decreased markedly,there's marked difference by comparing both effects.Conclusion] Combining TCM on the basis of routine treatment can relieve COPD symptoms,worthy clinical promotion. |
