固定矫治器联合后牙(牙合)垫治疗前牙反(牙合)对颜面软组织侧貌的影响

目的:探讨固定矫治器联合可摘式后牙(牙合)垫治疗前牙反对颜面软组织侧貌的影响。方法:选取40例前牙反(牙合)患者,采用直丝弓矫治技术配合可摘式后牙(牙合)垫矫正,均未拔牙。采用X线头颅定位侧位片分析矫正后患者软组织侧貌的改变。结果:矫治后患者面型改善,反(牙合)得以矫正,牙齿排列、咬合关系改善;与矫治前相比,下唇突距减小,面突角减小,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:固定矫治器联合可摘式后牙牙合垫治疗前牙反(牙合)对软组织侧貌有明显的改善作用。

Impact of Fixed Appliance Combined with Bite Splint Treatment on Facial Soft Tissue Changes in Patients withAnterior Crossbite

Objective：To study the facial soft tissue changes in patients with anterior crossbite after treatment of fixed appli- ance combined with bite splint treatment. Methods： Forty cases patients with anterior crossbite were selected and treated by straight wire appliance combined with bite splint. The facial soft tissue changes after treatment were analyzed by X-ray cephalo- metric measurements. Results： After treatment, the facial soft tissue was significantly improved, the cross bite was relieved, and the teeth arrangement and malocclusion were also improved significantly. Compared with those before treatment, LL- SnPg＇ and G-Sn-Pog＇ were decreased significantly after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Con- clusions： Treatment of fixed appliance combined with bite splint can significantly improve facial soft tissue changes.
