宫腔镜微剪与电切割治疗子宫纵隔的对照研究

目的:比较宫腔镜微剪法与电切割法治疗子宫纵隔的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2009年1月—2011年12月行宫腔镜治疗的子宫纵隔患者58例,其中28例采用宫腔镜微剪法治疗(微剪组),30例行电切割法(电切割组)治疗。比较两组手术时间、膨宫液吸收量及妊娠结果。结果:微剪组与电切割组的一次性手术成功率分别为89.2%、100%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组手术时间、膨宫液吸收量差异也均无统计学意义(均P0.05);两组均无严重并发症,随访6~36个月,微剪组妊娠成功率为75.0%,电切割组则为73.3%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:B超监护下宫腔镜微剪法与电切割法治疗子宫纵隔的疗效均满意,安全性好。

Comparison of Hysteroscopic Scissors and Electric Wire Loop in the Treatment of Uterine Septum

Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic scissors and electric wire loop in the treat-ment of uterine septum .Methods ：Among 58 patients with uterine septa from January 2009 to December 2011 ,28 were treated with scissors （scissors group） ,and the other 30 cases were treated with electric wire loop （electric wire loop group） .The oper-ation time ,volume of uterine distention medium and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups .Results：One-time operation success rates in scissors group and electric wire loop group were 89 .2% and 100% ,respectively ,with no statis-tically significant difference （P〉0 .05） .No statistically significant difference was found in operation time and uterine distention medium （P〉0 .05） .In the two groups ,there were no serious complications ,after following up for 6 to 36 months ,and the pregnancy success rates were 75% and 73% in scissors group and electric wire loop group ,respectively ,with no statistically significant difference （P〉0 .05） .Conclusions ：The efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic scissors and electric wire loop in the treatment of uterine septum under B ultrasonic monitoring was satisfactory .
