高血压伴焦虑症患者的护理

目的:探讨高血压伴焦虑症患者的护理。方法:对110例原发性高血压伴焦虑症患者提供个性化的护理,入院时实行首接负责制,住院和出院前后进行焦虑抑郁情绪量表(HAD)评定。结果:患者出院前HAD分值较入院时测定降低4分以下62例,5¹0分36例,12例患者分数无明显变化。患者焦虑症状减轻,诊疗效果和患者满意度提高。结论:实施个性化护理能提高高血压伴焦虑症患者的护理质量及临床疗效。

Nursing in hypertensive patients with anxiety

Objective：To investigate nursing in hypertensive patients with anxiety. Methods：110 patients with essential hyper-tension combined with anxiety were provided with personalized nursing. The patients received the first reception responsibility system atadmission, and assessed before and after hospitalization and discharge with anxiety and depression scale （HAD）. Results： Comparedwith the HAD score at admission, before discharge, the scores of 62 cases and 36 cases were reduced by was reduced by less than 4points and 5-10 points, respectively; however, the scores of 12 cases had no significant changes. The anxiety symptoms were allevia-ted, and the clinical results and patient satisfaction were improved. Conclusions： The implementation of personalized nursing can re-duce anxiety in the hypertensive patients combined with anxiety, and improve quality of nursing and clinical efficacy.
