黛力新配合支持疗法治疗更年期抑郁症的疗效观察

目的:观察支持疗法治疗更年期抑郁症中的作用。方法:将98例更年期抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各49例。对照组患者采用单用黛力新治疗,治疗组患者采用黛力新联合支持疗法治疗,8周为1个疗程。采用治疗前后HAMD和HAMA的减分值进行评价。结果:经8周治疗,治疗组患者总有效率91.84%明显高于对照组75.51%(P<0.05);两组患者HAMD和HAMA评分均下降,HAMD减分治疗组(17.59±5.21)明显低于对照组(13.68±4.37)(P<0.05);HAMA减分治疗组(16.47±4.38)患者明显低于对照组(12.25±3.86)(P<0.05)。结论:支持疗法能够提高患者社会适应和人际交往能力,并在改善和消除抑郁症状方面起着至关重要的作用。

Efficacy observation of Deanxit combined with supporting therapy on menopausal depression

Objective：To observe effects of supporting therapy on menopausal depression patients. Methods：98 cases withmenopausal depression were randomly divided into control group （n=49） and treatment group （n=49）. Control group was treated withDeanxit for 8 weeks as a course, while treatment group was treated with Deanxit combined with supporting therapy for 8 weeks as acourse. The decreased scores of HAMD and HAMA before and after the treatment were used to evaluate the efficacy. Results： After 8weeks＇ treatment, the total effective rate （91. 84%）of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （75. 51%, P〈0. 05）. The HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups decreased. The HAMD decreased scores of treatment group （17. 59±5. 21）was significantly lower than that of control group （13. 68±4. 37）（P〈0. 05）; the HAMA decreased score of treatment group （16. 47±4.38） was significantly lower than that of control group （12. 25±3. 86） （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Deanxit combined with supportingtherapy on menopausal depression can improve the social adjustment and interpersonal skills of the patients, and plays a vital role in re-lieving mental stress and eliminating the symptoms of depression.
