肺挫伤的诊断和治疗119例分析

目的总结肺挫伤的合理有效诊疗措施。方法回顾性分析119例肺挫伤的诊断和治疗情况。结果本组治愈110例，治愈率92．4％；死亡9例，死亡率7．56％。在死亡病例中，伴有颅脑损伤者5例，占死亡病例的55．6％。伤后24h因失血性休克伴多器官衰竭死亡2例，伤后72h因ARDS死亡1例，另1例连枷胸并血气胸，严重肺挫伤，后期并发严重肺部感染，呼吸衰竭死亡。结论严重肺挫伤患者病情较重，早期诊断、动态监测、合理的治疗措施，是提高肺挫伤疗效的重要途径。

Diagnosis and Treatment of 119 Patients with Pulmonary Contusion

Objective To summerise the reasonable and effective therapeutic measures in lung bruise. Methods The diagnosis and therapy of 119 lung bruise patients were retrospectively reviewed. Results 110 were cured, the cure ratio is 92.4% ; 9 dead, the dead ratio is 7.56%. 2 died due to hemorrhage shock and the following multi - organ function failure in 24 hours after injury, 1 died of ARDS within 72 hours after injury, 1 died of flail chest, hemopneumothorax and severe pulmonary contusion which result in following severe pulmonary infection, then the respiratory failure, 5 died of brain complications. Conclusion The severe pulmonary contusion was always very serious, the most important way to improve the curative effect is early diagnosis, kineses monitering and reasonable therapeutic measures.
