巢湖市儿童发锌含量检测与分析

目的　探讨巢湖市儿童锌 (Zn)营养状况的变化。方法　采用原子吸收分光光度法[1 ] 检测儿童头发中Zn含量 ,进行微量元素营养状况分析。结果　巢湖市儿童头发中Zn含量严重缺乏 ,缺锌率达 4 7.8%。 1 2～ 1 5岁小儿发Zn明显高于其它年龄组 ,发Zn含量还受性别、季节影响。结论　巢湖市儿童的营养状况虽随着人们生活水平和科学意识的提高有所好转 ,但仍处于一个较低水平 ,儿童缺Zn应受到社会重视

Analysis of Hair Zinc Content of Children in Chaohu City

Objective to research the change of hair Zinc nutrition condition of children in Chaohu city. Methods Hair Zinc content of children was detected with atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the content of Zinc and other elements in different age and sex group was compared. Results Children in Chaohu city lak zinc seriously, with a percentage of 47.8%. The hair zinc content of children aged 12 to 15 was higher than that of other age groups. Hair zinc content could be influenced by sex, season. Conclusions Zinc nutrition condition of children in Chaohu city was poor. The status should be attached importance although it could be improved with the improvement of living level and health care sense.
