社区卫生服务对慢性病健康管理的研究进展

慢性非传染性疾病（简称慢性病）已成为威胁社区居民健康的主要疾病,而健康管理是实施慢性病防治的一种有效手段。社区卫生服务对慢性病病人通过实施健康管理服务技术,让慢性病患者改变不合理的生活方式、科学饮食和适量运动,从病因上消除健康危险因素,达到有病早治,防止或推迟并发症的目的。

Research And Progress of Community Health Services on Health Management With Chronic Non-Communicable Disease

Chronic non-communicable disease （short for chronic disease） has become a major disease posing a threat to the health of the community residents, the health management is an effective means to prevent and treat the chronic diseases. Through the implementation of health management services and technology, community health service will help to change the inappropriate life-style of the patients and make them adopt scientific diet and appropriate exercises; and it will eliminate the patients’ health risk factors so as to attain early cure and prevention of the diseases and postpone the advent of the complications of the patients as well.
