高校图书馆知识产权信息服务现状及发展对策

在“双一流”建设背景下,通过调研我国公办本科院校图书馆开展知识产权信息服务的情况,筛选出60所已成立知识产权信息服务中心的高校图书馆,利用网络调查法调查分析高校图书馆开展知识产权信息服务现状及存在的问题,并针对当前问题提出相应的解决对策：高校图书馆应重视知识产权信息服务,构建具有本馆特色的知识产权信息服务体系,加强知识产权信息服务人才培养,提升高校图书馆知识产权信息服务能力,助力高校“双一流”建设。

Information service for intellectual property in academic library and its development measures

Sixty academic libraries having established information service center for intellectual property were selected by investigating the information service for intellectual property in libraries of public regular course collegesand universities under the background of "double top-class universities and double first-rate universities" construction. The information service for intellectual property and its problems in these libraries were analyzed by online investigating. Following corresponding measures were proposed for academic libraries to solve the problems ininformation service for intellectual property and to promote the construction of "double top-class universities anddouble first-rate universities": attaching importance to the information service for intellectual property, establishingthe characteristic information service system for intellectual property, strengthening the training of information serviceprofessionals for intellectual property, and improving the information service competence for intellectual property.
